I just wanted to let everyone know that I have had to go out of time several times over the last few weeks due to two deaths in my family. I apologize for the delay in my responses but I have limited internet and cell phone access when out of town. Thanks so much for your patience and I will be in touch with everyone soon (if not already!) As always thank you to each of you would continue to allow me to be apart of your special days and to capture your memories.
I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely commitment ceremony in mid-June. It was really neat to see how the couple incorporated their family throughout the day and ceremony as well as all the unique details of their ceremony. This was my second time photographing at the Red Mile Barn and as you can see from the pictures it is a lovely venue. The ceremony was held on the second level with the guests looking up. The flower girls sprinkled flowers down onto the first floor which was a beautiful touch. Below are a few of my favorites from the day, but you can see the full slideshow here.
Meet Erin and Coal. We of course took some individual headshots of Erin as well..but how precious are these images? My favorites are the ones of him playing in the sunset.
What a super sweet, genuine couple. Enjoy a preview of this engagement session at Keeneland. I do lots of sessions at Keeneland but what made this session especially special was it was the location where they got engaged. I am looking forwarding to taking pictures at their wedding in just a few weeks!
Congrats to the Harris family as they welcome their new edition into the world this week. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting some family/maternity pictures. What an adorable little girl let me tell you. I was cracking up as she was singing the words to Alicia Keys and to Get Low. That is how we got those priceless moments of her in the first series. Like father, like daughter for sure! How precious.
Here is a preview from one of those Keeneland engagement sessions. This is one of my sweet December couples.
