The thing I loved about Whitney and Stephen's wedding was how much fun they had all day. Looking through Whitney's pictures made me realize how special it is to have your closest friends and family celebrating your big day with you. All the still moments of this day were just so precious. And of course both of them cried so much when they saw each other for the first time. It was so precious to witness that moment. How many times can I manage to saw precious? Guess that's a good way to describe their day. And of course you know I love it when the bridal party throws me in the limo with them to stop at triangle park on the way to the wedding! Enjoy their story.

I am still playing catch up..so expect 3 wedding posts over the next 3 days! This was such a lovely wedding to photograph. It was a nice relaxing day and there was so much family history. The couch in the dressing room was Lorie's grandmothers and her "something old" was a handkerchief that had been passed down for several generations in her family. Enjoy their day.

Home Sweet Home

Awhile back I took some time off and went to southeastern KY for a week to do some sessions. Each time I go back home to take pictures I am reminded of how beautiful it is and how honored I am to get to see many of my friends as they have their own families now.
