One of the greatest privileges of being of photographer is that people let me in to witness some of the most precious moments of their life. It is even more unique when it is on of my dearest friends. It is so exciting to watch one of my dearest friend and her husband develop into such wonderful parents. Below are some pictures from Adam's second "official" session. I love the pillow you see at the end...it a "magic" pillow that he loves -they lay him there and talk to him about his day. How precious! See a slideshow here.
With wedding season right on my heels, I am trying my best to get some of the many baby sessions posted. So keep watching my blog all this week...I expect at least one new posting a day. Precious baby Andi just turned 2. We took her official pictures at Waveland...and then the birthday party followed in Jackson at a local elementary school. Click here to see the slideshow.
So I officially began the 2009 wedding season nearly a week and half ago with Danielle and Stephen's big day. I fell in love with this cathedral and the imagery I was able to capture inside there. Often my focus is on the reception and outdoor locations, but Christ the King was gorgeous. Also as you can see I sort of loved the beautiful rosary that Danielle carried in place of a bouquet. Last August I had the opportunity to attend the Corey McNabb Workshop. I have finally went through and revised some of my favorite shots from the week. Our lovely models were actually a local wedding planner Tara and some fabulous photographers from Tennesse, John and Lindsey Bamber. We had the pleasure of shooting around Asheville and the lovely Biltmore Estates.
